Welcome! My name is Cait. I’m a New York City-based freelance writer and stylist for artists, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups. I support them with digital content that uses creativity and storytelling to cultivate a unique voice for their brands. I’m also the founder of ARTicles of Clothing Blog.

AOC Blog began in 2013 as a creative outlet and a place where I could write stories of personal interest independent of my freelance career. Fashion has been a longtime fascination of mine and thus became the initial subject of AOC Blog. Over the years, AOC Blog has evolved, concentrating not only on fashion but also on other aspects of my life from freelancing to fitness, the great city of NYC, and even the art of writing and blogging.

While the ARTicles on AOC Blog are no longer focused solely on clothing, the name ARTicles of Clothing continues to illustrate my belief in the fusion of fashion and writing. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been compelled to write and captivated with fashion. To me, the two are connected by the common thread of storytelling.

So, whether you appreciate fashion as wearable art, pursue fashion as a career, or simply enjoy fashion on a personal level… whether you write by trade or in your free time… whether you’re a freelancer, artist, entrepreneur, or self-employed in any medium… or whether you’re just a creative spirit exploring the web for like-minded ladies and inspiration, welcome to the ARTicles of Clothing Blog community.
